I grew up under a narcissistic mother, often cast as the scapegoat. For years, I carried the weight of blame, believing something was wrong with me. It broke me down — but eventually, I began to question the pattern. I started researching, reflecting, and slowly uncovering the truth: it was never me.
As I began to understand myself more deeply, I realized how those early wounds shaped my adult relationships. My anxious-preoccupied attachment style often drew me toward narcissistic partners — dynamics that felt familiar, even though they hurt. It was the same story in a different setting, until I learned to recognize the pattern and start choosing myself instead.
Since then, I’ve been rebuilding myself piece by piece — learning to trust my own voice, honor my feelings, and embrace the truth of who I am. Healing hasn’t been a straight line; it’s been messy, raw, and real. But through it all, I’ve discovered strength I never knew I had.
Along the way, I realized how many others silently carry the same pain — feeling unseen, unheard, and blamed for things they didn’t cause. That’s why I created this space: to let you know you’re not alone.
Here, I share reflections, stories, and insights from my healing journey — the lessons, the moments of clarity, and even the setbacks that led me to growth. My hope is to remind you that your feelings are valid, your experiences matter, and you are worthy of peace and belonging.
You didn’t cause what happened to you. You are not broken.
Healing is possible — and you can rebuild yourself, just like I am.
A gentle space for insight, growth, and strength — reminding you that you’re not alone. Your weekly dose of healing and clarity, delivered with intention.
